Machine Shop

The machine shop is where we make molds from metal to shape plastic material. The molds are installed in the plastic forming machines such as injection molding machines and others.

We have a BridgePort Discovery 308 CNC(computer numerical control) 2 axis milling machine. This machine works with the MastOverview of Machine Shop.pngerCam software to cut the designs of the molds into the metal blanks.

We also have 2 Enco vertical mills which operate manually.

We have 6 Enco Model 111-3100 lathes for shaping metal products.

We have 2 Rockwell Model 20 drill presses for making holes in molds and other metal products.

We have several cut off saws to size the metal products.

We have several grinding machines to finish metal products.
